  • 3 oz. Liquid Flavoring (Any flavor you choose.)
  • 16 oz. Clear Karo Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

Instructions

  • Pour the chow into the bucket and mix in the flour as well.
  • Mix the Clear Karo Syrup and the 3 ounces of liquid flavoring together separately.

  • Place the lid on the bucket and wait 45 min to 1 hour or so.
  • Open the lid and fluff the bait. It should be ready to use.

Notes

This bait needs to set up about an hour before its ready.  It will break up fast in the water.  You might need to dampen your hands a little with water to help when you pack it, so the syrup doesn't stick to your hands as much.

It take longer than 45m to set up. It take about a week to set. I’m made it 4 hours from the time to fish. When it was time to throw in it would not pack at all.

    1. Thank you for letting me know Kenny. I’ll try and make some shortly and if I have a similar experience, I’ll adjust the proportions.
